"Young at Art" classes in February.
Basic Drawing class. 7 to 9 years will draw the SC State Reptile (Loggerhead Sea Turtle)
Basic Printing class. 9-13 years will concentrate on Radial Printmaking and create a tile print design.

PAINT 'N SIP
Come as a couple, with your bestie, or just enjoy a night out with us. This will be a guided painting lesson, so no experience is necessary. Sign up and enjoy a relaxing evening in downtown Hartsville. This event is geared towards adults, 18+ unless accompanied by a parent. Wine is available to sip.

Maryann will give a short #tedtalk on c🐝d and answer any questions before moving onto the painting portion of the night where we will paint Cotton Bulbs (no experience needed). Cotton Patch Hemp will have light refreshments and a goodie bag for those who choose to participate

KID'S ART HISTORY
Learn about famous artists and their paintings through acrylic! Acrylics dry rapidly, serve as a vehicle for any kind of pigment, and are capable of giving both the transparent brilliance of watercolor and the density of oil paint. Ember will be teaching about the following artists and their famous paintings: Pop artist Andy Warhol and his 1962 Cambell’’s soup can series, Modern artist Van Gogh and his 1889 painting Starry Night, Impressionist artist Claude Monet and his 1872 painting Impression Sunrise, and Cubist artist Picasso and his abstracted faces. Students will have an 8”x10” acrylic painting of their own to take home upon the completion of each class.
